Role Overview
The Sales Executive is a deal-closure-focused role responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, converting qualified leads into revenue. This role works on market exploration, prospecting leads generated by the Sales visits, handling the complete sales cycle from requirement understanding, Quotation preparation to negotiation and order closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential customers across labs, hospitals, universities, R&D centers, and industries.
- Generate new leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, site visits, exhibitions, and referrals
- Identify target accounts and the key decision makers
- Qualify leads and prioritize them based on urgency and budget
- Manage assigned New Qualified leads and identify the opportunity
- Engage with qualified leads to understand detailed technical and commercial requirements
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with technical team support
- Prepare and present quotations, techno-commercial proposals, and comparisons
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to successfully close deals
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders including Lab Heads, Purchase Teams, QA Managers, and Scientists
- Ensure timely follow-ups, customer satisfaction, and proper handover post sale
- Maintain CRM data, track order progress, and forecast monthly and quarterly revenue
- Share regular activity and pipeline reports with the Sales Manager.
- Submit daily activity reports via company reporting formats including visits, leads, and follow-ups.
Must-Have Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
- Confidence in cold calling and face-to-face meetings
- Ability to research accounts and understand customer segments
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to understand technical requirements and convert them into proposals
- Have excellent knowledge in Laboratory & scientific instrument
- Knowledge of scientific / lab equipment industry
- Familiarity with CRM tools or sales trackers
- Presentation and email drafting skills
- Customer-centric mindset with persistence in follow-ups
- Familiarity with tendering, RFQs, and institutional procurement
Experience & Qualification
- 3–7 years of experience in B2B technical or solution sales
- Prior experience in scientific equipment, industrial products, or services preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Business (technical background is an advantage)
- UAE driving license mandatory
- Must have Personal Car
Compensation
- Fixed salary + Performance-based incentives + Commission on achieving Target

Role Overview
The ideal candidate should have superior planning, organization, and communication skills with a knack for working under pressure and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion. You would be responsible for supporting the MD in carrying out his day to day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and complete a broad variety of administrative tasks including managing dynamic calendars of appointments, completing expense reports, composing and preparing correspondence, arranging itineraries and agendas and compiling meeting documentation
- Assess inquiries directed to the executive office, determine the proper course of action and delegate to the appropriate individual to manage
- Schedule meetings; draft agendas; develop, compile, and distribute presentation materials; and record meeting minutes on behalf of MD
- Ensure all projects/assignments are evaluated and presented to him in a summarized manner and aid in making sound business decisions.
- Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the executive office and other departments, demonstrating leadership and empathy to foster credibility, trust, and support with staff
- Edit and complete drafts for written communications to stakeholders
- Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the MD including those of a sensitive and confidential nature
- Prioritize conflicting requests and handle matters within scope proactively
- Create, edit, and maintain communications such as reports and presentations
- Exercise discretion and judgment with respect to matters of significance within the scope of responsibility affecting the Management

This role focuses on market exploration, prospecting, and first-level engagement, working closely with the Senior Sales Executive and Technical teams.

- Identify and research potential customers across pharmaceuticals, Clinical labs, and other industries.
- Generate new leads through sales visits, cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, exhibitions, and referrals.
- Identify target accounts and the key decision makers.
- Initiate first-level contact and introduce company products and services.
- Understand basic customer requirements and qualify leads.
- Qualify leads and prioritize them based on urgency and budget.
- Schedule meetings and demos for Senior Sales Executive
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up data in CRM or sales trackers.
- Track competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Share regular activity and pipeline reports with the Sales Manager.
- Submit daily activity reports via company reporting formats, including visits, leads, and follow-ups.
Must-Have Skills
- Knowledge about chromatography products and clinical diagnostics equipment (Compulsory).
- Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
